그 사건은 어떻게 진행되고 있지?

B: The customer doesn’t want any compensation. She just wants to talk to our president. 소비자는 어떤 보상도 원하지 않습니다. 단지 사장님과 얘기하게 해 달라고 합니다.

A: Try to get her calm down. This is an important issue. And keep me posted. 그분을 좀 진정시키도록 하게. 이건 중요한 문제네. 계속 보고해 주게.

B: Yes, I will. 알겠습니다.

Post라는 동사는 벽 등에 게시물 따위를 붙여서 알린다는 뜻이다. Keep me posted라고 하면 자신이 그러한 정보를 계속 볼 수 있도록 알려 달라는 뜻이다.
